Seeing What We Believe

“Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

For a long time when people are walking across the stage at the convention in recognition of their advancements, we “see” you. Many of you have been in the business for several years, others only a short time. Each year we see you crossing the stage, waving when the announcer calls your name, prancing to the music, that brief moment of panic while you wonder if your clothes are functioning properly, catching a brief glimpse of yourself on the big screen, waving and smiling again to the cheers of the crowd and to the group waiting for you at the bottom of the ramp. You are nearly blinded by the bright lights and cameras flashing as you get closer. It’s is an awesome experience.

Though none of you have actually crossed the stage yet, that does not diminish what we see. You will and it will be a great day for you and everyone in attendance. With the strength of the Creator and Savior, we press on!
